Dog drowned in bathroom by owner at Orlando International Airport

It is heartbreaking to share this news coming out of Orlando, Florida. It was just reported by police that on December 16, 2024, a woman from Clermont, Florida in Lake County was on her way to Bogota, Columbia. She had her white dog named Tywinn with her to get on the flight, and once she discovered that she could not get on board due to not having the proper paperwork, it is alleged that she decided to kill her dog. She went into the woman's bathroom and drowned her dog and threw it in the garbage can. One of the custodial workers went to clean the garbage can noticed that it was very heavy and looked inside and discovered the dog. The name, Alison Lawrence was arrested by police on March 18,2025.
