In 2024, Man in Los Angeles Got Caught Throwing his 7 Month Old Puppy Down 3 Flights of Steps

This is a horrible story. Last Year in LA a man who resided in Koreatown was caught on camera throwing his 7 month old puppy down 3 flights of stairs because he was making sounds that he did not like. Fox LA has the footage to see. The man also owns a Pit Bull that was in the apartment at the time. Police did arrest him and he was charged with animal cruelty.
