Prong Collar Embedded in Neck of German Shepherd: Had to use Bolt Cutters to Remove

The BBC had reported that a man from the Lozells area of Birmingham took his dog to the vet not knowing why it was wet and smelly around the neck of his german shepherd. Little did he know that it was a prong collar that was embedded in the neck. The only way to get the collar removed was to use bolt cutters. Marghani Albadawi was given an 8 year ban of owning animals and 100 hours of unpaid work. We do not reccommend anyone using this type of collar on their pet.
